Ingrid Zumaran, MD received her Doctor of Medicine from Charles University located in Prague, the Slovak Republic in June of 1990. A short time later she immigrated to the United States and settled in Pasadena, California where she earned her nursing degree that enabled her to work and prepare for admission and completion of a U.S. medical residency and internship. She served in an Internal Medicine Residency at Lutheran Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York from July 1998 through June 2001. Then she moved to Tampa, Florida to complete her Geriatric Fellowship at the University of South Florida from July 2001 through June 2002. The American Board of Internal Medicine has certified her both as an Internal and a Geriatric Medicine Physician. Prior to founding Primary Care Clinic early in 2004 Dr. Zumaran worked for a national visiting physician service and also a local family practice group. Besides English she is fluent in her native Slovak language and also speaks some Spanish. She became a proud United States citizen in January 2003. She is regarded by her peers as a brilliant young physician. Dr. Zumaran enjoys her family and being of service to her patients.

Barbara A. Dziubinski, ARNP received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the Pennsylvania State University located in University Park, PA in November 1974. Upon graduation she served in the U.S. Naval Nurse Corps until December 1977. She attained the rank of LTJG as a charge/staff nurse while assigned to the U.S. Marine Corps Air Station Hospital in Cherry Point, NC. After two brutal winters in Chicago Barbara, her husband and newborn child relocated to Florida in mid-1979. She worked in private practice, hospital and home health settings until 1986 when returned to the University of South Florida in Tampa to obtain her Master of Science in Nursing and her board certification as an Adult Registered Nurse Practitioner. From 1988 through January 2004 Barbara worked at a local family practice in hospital, nursing homes and office clinic settings. In January 2004 Barbara co-founded Primary Care Clinic along with Dr. Ingrid Zumaran. Barbara is very well regarded in both the nursing and medical community. She served for many years at all of the various officer and directorship roles of the Florida West Coast Chapter of ARNP's. She has been a proctor sponsoring externships for advanced degree students from both her alma mater USF and the University of Tampa were she has also been a guest lecturer on several occasions. Barbara enjoys her family and being of service to her patients.
